![]() and isn't being in a game you don't belong in kind of like just showing up in another persons house and saying " yeah i live here now"(edited)įake ass donkey kong ( ralph) finds out he can obtain a medal from the first-person shooter, Hero's Duty. but this makes zero sense how can you earn a medal from a game you don't even belong in. Ralph announces at the game's thirtieth anniversary party that he will earn respect by winning a "medal" medals are earnt by winning a game. i don't understand the problem of this if everyone hates him that means he is doing a good job at being the villan, like in a theatrical play when the villan appears on stage at the end for the curtain bow most audience members boo to show that he was such a hated villan and left a strong impact. Wreck-It Ralph, the villan of the game Fix-It Felix, is hated by his game's characters for doing his job as the villan while the hero Felix is praised. does this sound like any other movie to you? it's just night at the museum or toy story but with video game characters, this premise is used so often in movies now that all the magic of the idea is just gone. The plot is that at night video game characters leave their normal in-game roles and are free to travel to other games. Most of the intresting scenes from the trailers arn't even in the movie Yet when you go into this lie filled festering pile of horse crap Wreck it ralph was shown to be a movie about a villan in a video game who doesn't want to be a villan that seemed like an intresting premise from the trailers This movie made me have trust issues with disney Wreck it ralph was a movie that seemed good in theory It's just full of life and nostalgia. They are making a sequel to the WORST MOVIE EVER MADE ![]() To those who love playing video-games will enjoy this a lot more. There are some things that could have been better, but the film is already good enough. ![]() It's so fun, it's easy to ignore its little flaws. It also serves an over the top fun and sweetness(no Sugar Rush pun intended). There isn't much groundbreaking about Wreck-It Ralph but what makes this special is its tribute to the classic video games. There is no scene after the credits but it's better to stay during it to listen to the theme songs of "Sugar Rush" and "Fix-It Felix Jr.". It's kind of worth it by its large adventures. 3D is usually unnecessary but here is just fine. The game "Sugar Rush" has the most colorful(and product placed) visuals of the film. Like what I said, they really capture the elements of every video game. and Alan Tudyk is delightful as the goofy King Candy. Jack McBrayer is quite charming as the always positive Fix-It Felix Jr. Sarah Silverman makes Vanellope adorable enough. Reily gives Ralph an acceptably nice personality. ![]() They all have their own pathos, but in a comical way. We don't usually see films with well developed characters in blockbusters these days but this one has plenty of it. ![]() Another charms of the film is the characters. By its grand scale and references, the experience is gloriously extraordinary. The movie is filled with action set pieces that are undeniably exciting. Many would root for the cameos of iconic game characters and each of their appearance are splendid. It's easy to know what the central games are inspired from. It's fun when it captures the prominent video game mannerism like the freezy movements in retro games, an out of control game character walking against the wall in 3D games, and the glitching. The story doesn't sound quite fresh at some point, especially for an animated film, but the main attraction here is the theme. The filmmakers poured their love of these games to the film thus made this a wonderful nostalgic delight. As expected, it has an endless amount of enjoyment, a big scale of adventure, and really fun characters. It's like a video game version of Toy Story and Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but this one is much more appealing to the viewers. Wreck-It Ralph imagines a world where arcade game characters have their own lives. ![]()
